The Camden neighborhoods are highly sought after established neighborhoods in the 95624 zip code area of Elk Grove.  They include Camden Park, Camden Point and Camden Passage and consist of over 1,000 homes total.  These 3 neighborhoods are a mixture of custom, semi-custom and production homes and include miles and miles of walking/running trails as well as greenbelts and several neighborhood parks.

You enter Camden Passage from Elk Grove Florin Road just north of Bond Road.  Camden Passage has wonderful greenbelts along Camden Lake, which can be seen from Bond Road.  It is a daily occurance to see neighbors out walking their dogs, running, biking or just enjoying the wildlife, which includes beavers, squirrels, Canadian geese, ducks, egrets and the occasional blue heron.  Camden Passage was started in the early 1990's and includes many streets of custom homes, some with views of Camden Lake.

Dividing Camden Passage from Camden Park is a seasonal creek.  Camden Park is entered into from Sheldon Road just west of Elk Grove Florin Road and includes a large neighborhood park along the creek with tennis courts, basketball courts, children's play area and a gazebo for picnicing. 

Camden Point is just west of Camden Park and is also entered from Sheldon Road on Sheldon Creek Drive.  It is divided by the seasonal creek and includes it's own neighborhood park as well as walking trails along the creek through Camden Park and into Camden Passage.

All 3 Camden neighborhoods are highly sought after by new homeowners coming into the Elk Grove area as well as long time Elk Grove residents.  There is a voluntary association, Camden Neighborhood Association (CNA).  CNA sponsors community activities such as the Fall Festival, Neighborhood Yard Sale, Music in the Park and the Easter Egg Hunt.   Just outside of the Camden neighborhoods you will find shopping, including a grocery store, banking, a neighborhood Starbucks, and other food options.  The neighborhoods are also easily accessible from Highway 99 for commuters.
