Lori Mode, Realtor, BRE#00935158

Lori Mode has her B.A. in Business Administration from CSU Sacramento and has extensive experience in Title and Escrow in the Sacramento area.  She started her career in the title industry at age 18 and was promoted to Branch Manager at a young age.   While she succeeded at this career, the experience of buying her first home at the age of 19 had peaked her interest in real estate.  This interest, coupled with the fact that she now had a family, prompted her to obtain her real estate license.  Since then she has been successfully practicing real estate, while keeping up with all the newest technology that goes along with it.  She teaches several classes on technology and how to utilize it in your business, and is also on a technology committee at Keller Williams.  She and Bruce are top producing agents in the Elk Grove office, and are looked up to by many.  Lori likes to get out in the community and talk to people, and sometimes does this on her morning runs around Camden Park. 

Bruce Durham, Realtor, BRE# 00875356

Bruce graduated with a B.A. in Recreation Administration and Business Management from Chico State University.  His background in business management led to a position as General Manager for a property management company.  This position steered him toward obtaining his real estate license.  Bruce has over twenty years of diversified experience in Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, Market Research, Advertising, and Promotions.  Bruce enjoys talking with and meeting new people, finding out their story, and how he can help them as it relates to real estate.  He would love to spend more time on the golf course doing this, but work comes first! 

Danny Tarantino, Realtor, BRE License # 01876955

Danny has been with the Mode and Durham team for the past four years, he successfully negotiates our Short Sales, processes foreclosures for our team, and processes paperwork for transactions.  Danny is also a licensed Real Estate Agent, and enjoys helping others find the home of their dreams.

 Ashley Crabb, Administrative Assistant

Ashley has been working in various trades surrounding housing since before getting her BA in Interior Design at CSU Chico in 2002.  A love of house and home is what started her down the path towards creating beautiful spaces for people.  That led her to designing custom homes in El Dorado Hills,  working side by side with builders and architects to create the home of the client’s dreams!  This eventually led to furniture sales, which led to flooring sales, where she was top producer in her market, selling over 1 million dollars that year. 

At Mode & Durham, Ashley helps the team in many ways.  Some of which include: the marketing of our listings, marketing for new listings, and management of our database.  She also helps Lori implement all of the newest technology surrounding real estate, as it is a quickly evolving, and ever changing element that is one key to our success in a business that must keep up, or get left behind.
